Qr.system provides digital identity and smart contact solutions, including but not limited to:
Smart business cards (PVC or similar materials)
Custom QR codes
Digital professional profile pages

Subscription-based digital services
Communication tools (phone, WhatsApp, email, maps, and links)
The service is available to individuals, professionals, and businesses.
By using Qr.system, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
You will use the service only for lawful and professional purposes
You will not use the platform for any illegal, misleading, or unethical activities
Day Terroirs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
Users are fully responsible for all content submitted or displayed on their digital profile, including text, images, links, and contact information.
Users agree not to publish content that:
Is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
Is offensive, abusive, or discriminatory
Infringes on intellectual property or third-party rights
Qr.system reserves the right to remove, edit, or disable any content that violates these rules.
Each subscription includes one assigned subdomain (e.g., name.qr.system/madeofmorocco.com…).
All subdomains remain the exclusive property of Day Terroirs.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the subdomain during an active subscription period.
Subdomains may not be sold, transferred, or reassigned by the user.
Qr.system operates on a subscription-based model (annual or periodic, depending on the selected plan).
All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Failure to renew a subscription on time may result in:
Suspension of the digital profile
Deactivation of the associated QR code
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for any unused period.
Once activated, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Physical cards are a one-time purchase and considered customized products.
Cards cannot be returned or exchanged after production, except in the case of a manufacturing defect caused by Qr.system.
Changes to user information after printing do not obligate Qr.system to reprint the card free of charge.
Qr.system does not guarantee any specific results, including traffic, contacts, or business outcomes.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Day Terroirs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
While we aim to ensure maximum availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Qr.system reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, or technical changes that may temporarily affect service availability.
All platform content, software, designs, trademarks, and logos are the exclusive property of Day Terroirs.
No part of the service may be copied, reproduced, resold, or exploited without prior written authorization.
Day Terroirs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the country where Day Terroirs is legally registered. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
